Fortuity and control, united in found objects: OBJETS TROUVÉS, which through reinterpretation become assemblages, concepts, mockups of original computer cases. They lend nostalgic tangibility to an increasingly virtualized world. In the process, upcycling and amateur craftsmanship preserve imperfections to create one-of-a-kind pieces, individual alternatives to fleeting mass design – always inspired by a human´s passions, by spaces, forms and materials.

The current projects are a homage to pinball culture. Subsequent functionalization, together with a personal honorary license from my supporter ZEN STUDIOS Ltd., can turn CABINET ART into interactive exhibits. ZEN’s digital pinball tables are like dioramas, animating my small stages as narrative play.

These objects arise from easily overlooked connections between things and events. To sharpen my focus on them, I surrender to coincidence and let it shape the first forms. And when my overthinking perfectionism tries to interfere, I overcome it through swift action.

CABINET ART is the result of a personal evolution; it was never a predetermined goal. Yet in the creative process at this idiosyncratic base form the harmonic potential of all that exists continually reveals itself to me. This essence lets everything find its place weightlessly; synergy gives rise to the new.
Montages wish to manifest ideas. Deconstructions wish to demystify them. Only absolute free inspiration lets the impact of an idea unfold, and allows us to sense the source of ALL ideas … and only this movement, this flow, is my true goal.
